Originally manufactured in 1967, this iconic Datejust features an acrylic crystal, automatic Rolex movement, and the signature date display at 3 o’clock with cyclops magnification.
The watch features a refinished Rolex black dial upgraded with custom applied diamond hour markers, adding exceptional sparkle while maintaining the timeless appearance of the piece. The stainless steel case is fitted with a custom aftermarket diamond bezel along with additional diamond accents on the lugs, giving the watch bold wrist presence and a striking luxury look without overpowering the vintage character of the Datejust.
This example is mounted on an aftermarket stainless steel Jubilee style bracelet fitted with a Rolex clasp, blending classic Rolex styling with comfortable everyday wear. The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/2 inches in length, and we can resize it to fit your wrist.
Overall, the watch is in excellent vintage condition and excellent working condition, showing only light wear consistent with careful use and age. The dial, case, crystal, bracelet, and custom diamond work all present beautifully with no major flaws or defects.
