Layaway

If you are interested in placing an item on layaway you may call (704) 315-3104 or email carolyn@sumptersjewelry.com

• Layaway is not available on Rolex and other high-end watches
• We offer an interest free 3 month layaway with a 20% non-refundable deposit required within 3 days.
• If you need to extend your layaway there is a $25 per month additional charge per month past the initial the 3 months.
• All payments are made online with paypal or credit card. We will email you an invoice for payments.
• When you are ready to place an item on layaway send an email with your email address and I will set you up with an invoice to pay your deposit. (inquiry@sumptersjewelry.com) or call (704) 315-3104 Mon-Fri 10-4pm est
• If you need to cancel or return a layaway, the deposit can be used toward a future purchase.
• We do not require any set amounts of payments per week or month.
• You can send a payment anytime you wish.
• Once a payment is received an email is sent within 24-48 hours notifying you that payment was received and your new balance is given.
• If you go past the initial 3 months the item is returnable only for store credit.
